Strong capability to manage and drive demo program as a governor and flexibly fulfill country demonstration needs.Responsibilities: Accountable for end to end process from loan to returnWorks closely with region & country Sales/Marketing/Category/Finance/Supply Chain/Procurement teams on demo requirementsAchieves program objectives by applying solution and recommendations to strategic priority and business reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality and service standards; resolving operational problems; completing internal audits; implementing changes.Lead Demo policy review and program operation process implementation, enhancementAccountable for in country Demo program and in charge of APJ head quarter funding operation management and engagement with stakeholdersTakes charge for program projects as organization and business requirementsPartner with Demo Purchaser on the demo equipment requests for alignment, works out fallout and reasons for failureCoordinates with vendors before and after the loan, tracks and updates the demo status in Loan Management SystemImplements demo in place with Sales and Account Receivable TeamApproves for extension requests in term of policy and procedureFollows up for loan overdue, missing, damage until closureWorks with Category Team to support Supplies/Toner Replenishment ProcessProceeds red sales, scrape with Category/Finance Team and vendorsManages vendor consumable purchases within allocated budgetHosts Monthly Business Fundamental Table Meeting with vendor to manage vendor performanceMonitors inventory health in warehouse which drives KPI utilization rate, ageing with proactive communications with country stakeholders Balances Finance Journal every month end with Finance teamTabulates monthly KPI report, proposes action plans for the missed indexImplements Loan Management System training to the requestors and vendorsGrants requestors’ Loan Management System access and troubleshooting for issuesDrives continuous process refinement and improvement by applying a solid understanding of internal business processes and policiesManage in-country/ regional funding process related files and drive on Demo program documentation model implementationEnhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing different business requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Education and Experience Required: First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degreeTypically, 8-10 years of experience in a business-related function, preferably in Logistic & Supply Chain Management or Finance BackgroundLSS/GB or PMP certificationsTeam/project management experience as a plusKnowledge and Skills: Advanced communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation) in English and Japanese, Korean, Indian, Indonesian etc.)Strong knowledge and skills with business applications (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT)Experienced review material preparation skill on business reviewFamiliar with PC and Print industry and productsGreat flexible problem-solving capabilityStrong negotiation skill on business query engagementGood at dealing with people and coordinate among groupsGreat team player, good learner with strong executive ability, responsibility and initiative spiritsWilling to work under pressure, hard-working, strong sense of time, multi-tasks managerSolid understanding of internal business processes and policiesDeveloped business acumen and understanding of accounting conceptsOutstanding problem analyzing, solving skills and very self-organized, calm and detail-focusedJob -Sales OperationsSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (China)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
