Director of Displays and Docks Category and Lifecycle managementDescription -The End-to-End Displays and Docks Category and Lifecycle management Leader oversees the category management, lifecycle management, business planning and category operations for the respective GBU. They are responsible for defining and executing the strategic 4P game plan across all eight Markets on a rolling 4-quarter basis to optimize category profitability. The role represents the category to stakeholders and is accountable for delivering the fiscal year P&L goals through optimization of Market and RTM strategy.The core charter also includes:Developing the category strategy and sets the 4P plan for four quarters across the markets; Owns prioritization and tradeoff decisions to deliver on balanced scorecard metrics for the categoryManaging the overall business and demand planning process for the category to ensure clear line of sight on category forecast and execution status to inform critical financial and business review processes (e.g. Flash, MORs, BORs, BMS, S&OP/OE)Driving operations for the category and market lifecycle management, including product lifecycle operations (e.g. SKU creation, price setup), market launch readiness and NPI activities, market and customer insights.Engaging with key stakeholders to drive successful 4P execution including PS BU Leader, GBU GM and Leadership team, Market Category Leaders, Market MDs and Sales ManagementResponsibility for delivering a balanced scored against key metrics: revenue, OP, OP%, Market Share, E&OEducation and Experience RequiredUniversity or bachelor’s degree, advanced degree or MBA preferred.Typically, 15+ years of professional services experience.Demonstrated successful experience in managing global teamsP&L management experience; moderate size & complexity.Knowledge and SkillsStrong executive leadership and presenceAbility to strategically lead a team with a vision for the future and a lens of transformation.
