Readiness and Sales Territory AnalystDescription -Customer Master Data & Reporting seeks a Sales territory readiness lead to support sales readiness process. This position takes the driving seat to establish the governance of Sales territory and customer data attribute with the respective data owners/stakeholders/country planner, working with stakeholders to define business needs and document defaulting rules, and ensuring that these rules are implemented within master data system such as Reltio and HPD. With a strong understanding of how the quality of our data impacts business processes, the incumbent will define data quality rules to enhance operational, analytical, and data governance initiatives.Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations.Responsibilities:Develop project strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training.Establish governance model with relevant level of approvals for profile changes and exceptional handling. Ensure documentation of audit trail and tractability of changes.Lead and implement change initiatives related to Sales territory processes and Timely communication to stakeholders on change impacts to stakeholders.Prepares and reviews materials to communicate issue resolution for external customers, coordinating with external-facing representatives as appropriate.Provide direct support and coordinate with subject matter experts in content and documentation of training materials.Provide train the trainer coaching to other towers and user team leads as they help their direct reports through transitions.Communicates status and ensures any escalated issues are resolved.Ensuring the Customer Service Legal Agreement’s (SLA’s) is met consistently.Ensuring the Data Quality of records are met.Knowledge on Sales & Revenue Mapping w.r.t. Territory AlignmentManage and execute end-2-end Sales Alignment to recognize revenue.Produce reports using various IT systems / tools and analyze data to develop trends for various activities, articulate findings to management.Collaborate with regional and global business teams and enhance current business processes.Report and help review performance metrics on a regular basis, identify opportunities for improvements.Research and analyze priority projects within established guidelines.Knowledge and Skills: Good communication skills.
