Partner Support AgentDescription -Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.ResponsabilitiesActs as a first point of contact for regular general inquiries about related topics to the HP Partner Portal for NA Market.Engages with other teams and organizations to resolve issues (e.g., contracts, partner learning, pricing) as they relate to partner support.Acts as a level one support for specialized tools (e.g., Deal Reg, MDF, Smart Quote) and delivers internal uptraining’s.Represents team as a subject matter expert on internal processes to other functions and organizations.Delivers support for Presales inquiries (e.g., general product information, product replacements,  Build of Materials)Process improvement and automation projectKnowledge and SkillsIntermediate communication skills with the ability to resolve inquiries (verbal and written) to internal peers, HP Partners and HP Partner Prospects.Problem-solving skills.Preferred broad knowledge of the end-to-end process of sales operations.Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.Organization and proactiveness oriented (two or one sentence).Good to have:Programing skillsAutomation skillsExcel advanceContinuously improvement mindsetMacros and Visual Basic nice to haveEducation and Experience Required: First level university degree or equivalent experience.Typically 2-4 years of related experience (e.g., supply chain, customer service, procurement, financial management).Ability to structure and apply developed organizational skills to manage daily operational issues.Job -Sales OperationsSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Mexico)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
