Financial Claims Management SpecialistDescription -This position manages the timely and efficient flow of partner rebate submissions and disputes. These rebates have a direct impact to the partners bottom line, and the timely processing of these rebates is a critical piece of the Partners experience with HP. As a FCM Specialist you will need to be comfortable being analytical, managing large amounts of data, and multi tasking at scale. You will need to have a collaborative spirit and be comfortable working with Sales Teams, PAOM's, PAM's, other SAM's, deal creators and HP Channel partners directly. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.Responsibilities: Manages Financial Claims activities related to partner rebate claims for big deal, promotional and price protection claims.Manages the operational business relationship of large accounts.Plans and leads business analyses and provides recommendations.Represents the customer/partner needs and provides business requirements to projects of high complexity.Proactively communicates operational process changes to customers/partners and internal clients.Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues.Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clientExercises significant independent judgment to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. Education and Experience Required: First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.Typically 4-6 years of experience in a business related function, preferably finance, accounting, or compensation.Typically 2-4 years of experience supporting global/regional accounts or large, complex domestic accounts.Project management experience preferred.Knowledge and Skills: Excellent communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.In-depth understanding of core HP businesses and the revenue cycle.Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.Strong analytical skills, problem solving, and project management.Strong ability to collaborate and network with other groups and functions to reach business objectives, in support of the customer/partner requirements.Solid financial and business acumen.Proven ability to identify and implement customer-specific process improvements.Job -Sales OperationsSchedule -Full timeShift -First Shift (Mexico)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
