Operations Auditor – System Support and Audit ToolsDescription -We are seeking for an Operations Auditor to be a key member of the Internal Audit – Strategy & People Enablement team (SPE). The SPE team is supporting the global Internal Audit team (IA) in strategy, operations, and talent development. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to drive and implement ideas that help improve IA and its impact on HP. This role will have an impact and high visibility into essential and business-critical processes. Also, the role needs to feel very comfortable in interactions with leaders within the IA and HP Finance.You are the right candidate if you can manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently; have strong interpersonal and communication skills; think outside the box or challenge the status quo. You can not only work independently with minimum guidance but also remain flexible with the ability to prioritize workloads and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Furthermore, you must be able to provide meaningful recommendations and insights backed by data-driven analysis. Your proactiveness and positive attitude will help you be successful in this role.Key Responsibilities:Basic knowledge of internal audit policies and operating principles.Technical support (troubleshooting/consultancy/escalation), regular application updates and patches, SOX controls maintenance and roll-forward as well as data management for the HP Internal Audit system of records (TeamMate+) in terms of user and dimensions maintenance, new project assessments, ICFR setup, new controls, etc.Proactively identify gaps in the process and continuously review and update TeamMate+ to adjust to customer needs (i.e., periodical Roundtables, TeamMate+ related surveys).Provide technical consultancy in redesign of internal dashboard/metrics using TeamMate+ data.IA website and orgchart updates, IA PDLs, generic mailboxes and share-point ownership and maintenance.Help audit teams develop, deploy and analyse surveys upon need, using various tools and applications (i.e., MS Forms, MS Sharepoint, OpenSource CMS etc.)Manage the issue follow-up process in terms of preparing for and conducting quarterly meetings with the Finance Business Liaisons (FBLs), give visibility and report on open HRI and MRI issues.IA Records Coordinator role. Collaborate with the Records Officer to ensure IA organization follows the HP Records Management policies and requirements.Ensure Contingent Workers employed by HP for audit related activities are properly set up and ready to deliver (i.e., profile creation in SmartLabor II, AWS account set-up, PC ordering and delivery management, PC returns etc.).Contribute to IA external benchmarking activity by providing required inputs to surveys.Other Responsibilities:Supporting local/site events, talent development program, risk assessment, and audits.Coordinates the administrative work in the team by collaborating with other teams/members within the organization.Accelerate progress by driving timely decisions and taking calculated risks.Derive meaningful insights and recommendations from large datasets.Work on ad-hoc tasks/projectsPartner across Finance to drive continuous improvement in financial and operational performance.Spot risks, ask the right question, clear blockers, and escalate appropriately.Knowledge and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 2 years of corporate working or consulting experience focused on using data to uncover insights that drive action and communicating analysis to technical and non-technical audiences.Project management experience with multiple stakeholders prioritizing and delegating projects/tasks.Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.Experience in data ETL using programming languages (i.e., SQL, R, or Python) and familiar with analytical/visualization tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau or Webi) would be a plus.Experience in system implementation is a plus.CIA or CPA is a plus.Job -FinanceSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Mexico)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
