Our innovation springs from a team of individuals, each collaborating and contributing their own perspectives, knowledge, and experience to advance the way the world works and lives.We are looking for visionaries, like you, who are ready to make a purposeful impact on the way the world works.At HP, the future is yours to create!Job Description ResponsibilitiesPublic Cloud core services development (design, development and delivery of technical code)Code development skills in multiple languages for Windows and Linux OS platforms as well as other cloud servicesExpertise with Windows, Linux, coding languages, automation, role-based access control, authentication, Cyber Security requirements and cloud supportSubject matter expert in Public Cloud Infrastructure Architecture as it relates to compute, network and storageAdvanced knowledge of Public Cloud services available from AWS, MS Azure and GCPReporting and Analytics development skills, use of tools like PowerBI to establish and report Public Cloud metricsServiceNow ITSM process understanding, will assist with ServiceNow implementation, workflow design and overall adoption / improvementFamiliarity with basic Program Management skills in waterfall and agile methodologiesEducation and Experience Required:4-year degree in Information Technology (technical degree)At least 5 to 8 years of experience in Public cloud services.Public Cloud Services knowledge of AWS. MS Azure and GCPDevelopment (coding) skills requiredProfessional certifications a plus (Public Cloud, Architecture, Program Management etc.)Knowledge and Skills Required:Advanced code writing in multiple languages to design and deliver Public Cloud core services5 + years of experience in public cloud servicesCode development languages preferred include Microsoft VSCode, Microsoft VS, .NET/C#, PowerShell, Python, Java, JSON, Git, Bash, terraformUnderstanding and capability to work on an Agile Scrum TeamStrong root cause analysis skills to troubleshoot and resolve L4 support escalations for Public Cloud core servicesSubject matter expert on AWS, MS Azure and GCP Public Cloud servicesDeep knowledge in Public Cloud Infrastructure and Application ArchitecturesKnowledgeable in all facets of compute, network and storage as it relates to Public Cloud Application ArchitectureDesign, setup and support skills for Public Cloud AdoptionDevelop and publish Infrastructure and Application Architecture designsITSM subject matter expertise to assist with the implementation, governance and improvement of ServiceNowReporting and Analytics tools and developmentBasic Program Management skills – set up meetings, facilitate, assign actions, track/ follow up and report outProficient with MS DevOps, MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.  Use of large/complex Excel files will be required.  GitHub experience preferredAppropriate written and verbal communication skillsSustainable impact is HP’s commitment to create positive, lasting change for the planet, its people, and our communities.
