This vision is what sets us apart as a company.Key responsibilities: Main purpose of the position is to continuously improve the way we provide support to our 3D Printing customers: by increasing the customer satisfaction and at the same time reducing our running costs.The position requires the ability understand the business needs, and therefore architect, develop, and maintain the Services Business Intelligence infrastructure, draw conclusions, and identify and execute improvement projects, and at the same time track and measure the real impact of the actions already triggered.This position also has the responsibility to prioritize, coordinate and monitor the development job delivered by other business intelligence developers subcontracted to external service providers.The job implies working with different data sources, so that a wide experience with Excel (pivot tables, formulas), Smartsheets, Power BI (Power Query, DAX, Data visualization) is required. Knowledge of Microsoft SQL is also valuable for the position as well as PowerPoint to communicate and socialize the learnings and the improvement proposals.Requirements: University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or similar Engineering subject area.At least 5 years of proven experience in the following areas:Exposure to Customer Services environment, preferable in capital equipment, high-touch and value-added business models.Dealing with multiple sources (Excel files, Smartsheets, SQL, AWS)Usage of using Microsoft Power BI (including dataflows, Power Query M, DAX) for data visualization and reporting.Good understanding and knowledge of data warehouse design.Knowledge of Microsoft SQL (SSIS, queries).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to work with a distributed team.Solid written and verbal English communication skills.Job -SoftwareSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Spain)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
