If you're up for the challenge, apply now and join us on this exciting journey.ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire our innovation initiatives and projects from ideation to implementation.Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation and develop strategies to pursue them.Collaborate with a skilled R&D team to drive innovation and create a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.Prioritize and manage the innovation pipeline based on business impact and feasibility.Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including startups, universities, and other organizations.Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies and identify opportunities to leverage them for competitive advantage.Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership and other stakeholders.Manage and mentor a team of innovation professionals to ensure their success and professional development.Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as business, engineering, or computer science5+ years of experience in innovation or product management roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex business problems.Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the tech industryExperience with different programming languages, frameworks, and platforms, being able to communicate with technical teams effectively.Knowledgeable about emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and blockchain will be highly valued.Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred.Experience our benefits:Being part of HP means access to an international community with lots of growth opportunities within the company, professional development resources, networking opportunities, while enjoying in a great atmosphere making an impact.
