Graduate P3D Business Transformation AnalystDescription -The P3D Transformation Management Office is searching for young passionate talent to join our team. Partnering with Finance and Business management, we are chartered with unlocking the growth through impactful transformational projects across P3D. We are looking to complement our team with an individual who will be supporting relevant transformational initiatives across our team and the P3D business in Spend management area. The Transformation analyst will operate in multiple disciplines in which the company must improve to be successful. Will provide innovative solutions by supporting cross-division projects that affect the organization's goals and objectives. As our team is new, this individual will be expected to be agile as you help shape our operating model and culture.Responsibilities:Drives projects and initiatives across P3D business in the area of Spend transformation.Identifies opportunities for process improvement development and engages in the design of a solution to improve spend management experience.Support the Transformation team in preparation and coordination of spend-related procedures.Provides complex financial analysis for a financial function or a business, typically exercising a good understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.Works with cross-functional teams to support the data collection process.Education and Experience Required:First level university degree with a focus in business or organization. (BA, Organization)No previous experience is required, only university internships.Knowledge and Skills:Good business acumen.Ability to link business processes to data sources leading to insightful analysis as a foundation for key business decisions.Strong analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.Business application skills (Excel, Power BI.
