HR Global Services AdvisorDescription -In this role, you will be part of a cross-functional international HR Team that partner to deliver customer-focused and quality driven solutions while striving for operational efficiency and consistency. As a trusted resource for employees, you will be a consultant on policy guidance and interpretation.Responsibilities: Provide support on all HR aspects from employee's hire to retirement with HR operational excellence via automation, simplification and continuous process improvement.Provide support and process HR activities such as pre-hire check/hiring in HR system, new-hire pre-on boarding, onboarding activities, data changes, disability claims, leave of absence, compensation, benefits, termination of employment, etc. Initiate, review, and approve daily HR System transactions ensuring compliance with policies and procedures / Prepare HR related legal documents (i.e. employment letter, employment contracts, job change addendums, document related to Termination etc.) Manage employee records (including electronic files and ensures information is accurate and up-to- date) and support audits, government surveys and reporting Identify trends based on data analysis and recommend areas for process improvementsContribute to educating HR generalists, people managers and employees on practices and tools to encourage them to resolve issues on their own through HR Systems and platformsProvide coaching and guidance on HR processes. Provide orientation to new hires and delivers trainings for new processes, programs and platform rollouts.Ensure exceptional service by promptly and accurately responding to questions by HP employees via HR platform where country specific HR knowledge or solutions are required and updates knowledge database articlesSupport projects including acquisition deals representing the HR Global Services organization as neededEducation and Experience Required: First-level university degree or equivalent experience.Typically 2-4 years related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources.Knowledge and Skills: Strong customer focus while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality Strong analytical and problem solving skillsExperience in managing low to moderate cases Solid communication skills catered to a wide variety of audiences.
