HPS COE Business PlanningDescription -The HPS COE BM team is searching for top talent to join our team. We are looking to complement our team with an individual who will be responsible for Business planning, developing financial, market share targets and main KPIs per market for HPS business and provide with inputs and risk management to Flash/Game plans.This empowered person will function in a worldwide capacity, focusing on gathering Insights from markets, BM´s and leadership teams to develop targets per market based on data driven support and monitoring performance proposing corrective actions, when required, to enable the business to achieve Financial and Operational goals developed in collaboration with different business functions and aligned with senior management & executives.Key responsibilities:Leads complex data and business analyses to develop go-forward business plans, partnering with business leaders, and identifies opportunities and insights.Works independently to construct highly complex statistical and financial models to project the business per market.Manages complex, time- sensitive market research projects and prepares synthesized intelligence reports with clear implications.Leads cross-functional teams across the entire span of business planning activities.Partner with Finance and GBU in developing Budget plans for the year and breaking down per market, setting up Quota targets.Partner with Finance in managing Flash & Outlook with focus on timely reporting and insights.Develop strong relationships with our market teams. Understand how their processes work. Align on top priorities for P&L /process optimization & ensure we have the right plans in place to address.Identifies cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions.Work on business performance analysis and prepare management business reviews, story behind the numbers or add ‘hoc requests when required.Participate in special projects and business analysis to identify new opportunities for the business, working with x-functional teams.Drive process improvements/governance to increase efficiency and effectiveness on business analysis.Establishes the metrics required to measure business performance and develops the process that allow to see progress within the quarter, problems & opportunities and propose corrective actions.Work across multiple functions – finance, supply chain, and sales operations – to ensure alignment around business metrics, including, but not limited to PnL, channel inventory, sales-out, revenue shipments, Order Management, etcEducation and Experience Required: Typically 10+ years total experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area.
