You will be responsible for leading and training a team of marketing professionals with different background.In collaboration with MarTech, you will define the change management strategy, drive the execution of the plan to ensure adoption of our new content solution across the marketing organization.Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving common and complex business/technical issues within established policies. Manages non-exempt/exempt individual contributors and/or supervisors. Has accountability for results of a major program in terms of cost, direction and people management. Provides guidance on process improvements and recommends changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy for area of responsibility. Plans, manages and monitors operational/tactical activities of Staff. Staff members'work may involve strategic issues. Recruits and supports development of direct staff members. Key responsibilitiesDevelop and implement change management strategies, plans, and tools that support the successful adoption of changes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential areas of resistance to change and develop proactive plans to mitigate those risks.Communicate change initiatives to various stakeholders, providing clear and consistent messaging throughout the change process.Train and support leaders, managers, and employees to effectively manage and adapt to change.Monitor the progress of change initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and make adjustments as needed.Evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and recommend improvements for future change initiatives.Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects align with business objectives and that resources are effectively allocated to maximize efficiency and productivity.Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring that tasks are assigned, and progress is tracked to ensure that milestones are met.Communicate project status to stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and issues.Develop and implement best practices and processes to improve project management and delivery.Education and Experience Required: BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.5+ years of experience in change management, with a focus on managing large-scale organizational changes.Proven ability to design and implement effective change management strategies, plans, and tools.Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve their goals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Experience with change management methodologies, such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter, is preferred.Prior experience in managing direct reports a plus.Job -MarketingSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Romania)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
