Job Requisition ID #23WD69320Position OverviewThe Renewals Executive is responsible for driving, forecasting, and ensuring the closure of renewals. The role is also responsible for identification and creation of expansion opportunities. This role works primarily through direct customer engagement in collaboration with Midmarket Account Managers and Autodesk Resellers . In addition, this role focuses on the identification and mitigation of renewal churn risk and ensures the delivery of irresistible customer experiencesResponsibilitiesPipeline and forecast management for Mid-Market renewal opportunitiesWorks closely and aligns with Midmarket sales & partner ecosystems to drive renewal and expansion opportunitiesCollaborate with assigned partners to drive partner forecasting and provides deal specific updates to CCS and sales counterpartsEnhance customer and partner relationships, QBR's, drive and close renewals, while aligning TASE's /Sales management meetingsServes as an escalation point for all renewal issues that impact the customer's retention and is responsible for driving risk mitigation executionAchieve assigned sales quotasMinimum QualificationsComplexity : Works to resolve complex issues and can exercise sound judgement in solutionNegotiation: Undertakes complex negotiations with customer and partnersPlanning: Contributes to building the customer plan and realizing the customer business objectivesFluent languages spoken and written: Fluent Chinese and business EnglishPreferred Qualifications8+ years sales/renewals experienceProven ability to negotiate complex sales/renewals dealsWorking knowledge in SFDC ( Salesforce) other tools#LI-KC1At Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
