Job Requisition ID #23WD69716Position OverviewThe Customer Success Advisor is focused on driving success in the "Onboard" and "Use" lifecycle stages as they deploy Autodesk solutions. This role will engage directly with customers, proactively through data-driven triggered actions and reacting to inbound customer-initiated triggersResponsibilities Establish and execute onboarding and adoption strategies to grow usage of Autodesk solutions by proactively and reactively responding to customer inquiries Assist customers by providing direct guidance and resources to assist with onboarding new solutionsIdentify and assist at-risk customers who have low adoption of products to increase the value they receive toward meeting their business goalsPartner with sales teams, the reseller partner, technical support, client services, and others to drive customer success motions and resolve customer activation/onboarding/usage issuesSuccessfully close out a range of data-driven customer success motions Drive high-level customer satisfaction and experience to ensure continued customer adoption of Autodesk products through customer value-added conversation Capture customer success story While engaging throughout the lifecycle, be able to identify opportunities for expanding the business relationship and support the sales team in pursuit of the expansion opportunity Minimum Qualifications3-5 years Customer Success/Account Management experienceCustomer Empathy & Customer MindsetAbility to operate in a dynamic environment, which means multitasking as priorities evolveCollaboration and coordination across multiple stakeholdersSalesforce proficiency Fluent languages spoken and written: Korean and EnglishPreferred QualificationsBackground needs to be in customer facing roles including account management, customer support, project management, customer success or salesStrong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growthSubscription business/license management experience is a plusHighly skilled at multi-tasking with the ability to quickly adapt and learnProgram or Project Management skills are an assetExcellent interpersonal skills will be needed to build the strong relationships, particularly with field organizations and business partners, which will be critical to successExperience in managing issues, scope, and quality while bringing areas of responsibility and tasks to completion under strict deadlinesCollaborative and consultative work style, ability to thrive in a high velocity, highly dynamic work environmentHighly skilled at managing time between calls, troubleshooting follow ups, customer relationship management and new customer outreachAbility to think outside the box as needed with an instinct for innovationAbility to build collaborative relationships within sales as well as sales support to facilitate better customer experienceExperience with complex, escalated customer situations, ability to navigate large organizations and gain executive level buy-in#LI-KC1At Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
