Job Requisition ID #23WD69866Position OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and driven finance professional to join the COO Finance team as a Financial Analyst supporting the Global License Compliance organization. This individual will play an integral role in driving the standardization of processes across the global team, a key finance initiative. ResponsibilitiesReview and approve transactions to provide accurate commissions payouts to Sales RepsBuild financial reports in PowerBI and Excel to help support business decisionsMaintain Anaplan model, scope and review with manager any changes to the modelProvide strategic and tactical support on annual planning processProvide ad-hoc analysis to enable business performance insights and forward-looking analysisStreamline forecasting process across different teamsCollaborate across functions to champion best practices and scale automated financial processes;Be a change agent, support change and drive adoptionsMinimum Qualifications Bachelor in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Engineering or Business equivalentMinimum of 3 years of related work experienceAttention to detail and accuracy; Capable of managing multiple tasks while adhering to firm deadlinesExperience in building reports and dashboards in PowerBI and Excel, knowledge of other financial software (Alteryx, Anaplan, Salesforce) is a plusTrack record in managing large datasets and the ability to tackle complex issues using financial models and quantitative analysisAbility to turn data into actionable insights; Create innovative solution to solve problemsDedicated to continuous improvementEnjoy working as part of a global teamThe Ideal Candidate  The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, highly organized and possess a strong aptitude for financial analysis and reporting.  As this role supports a global sales organization, strong communication and collaboration skills will be key. A proven track record in building and delivering accurate, timely and insightful financial modelling and analysis, and the ability to look beyond the numbers is a must.
