Senior Interconnect Product Engineer

We are looking for a creative and independent Product Engineer. NVIDIA's high-speed products are leading in the markets with innovative ways to improve speed and bandwidth from one generation to another. Today, we are known as the place for getting “End-to-End High-Speed Ethernet and InfiniBand Solutions”. Our team integrates knowledge of multi-discipline (Mechanics, Thermal, Process, hardware and Test) to solve Yield and performance problems for NVIDIA's newest transceiver products. We are a data-driven group that by understanding the electrical test failure we analyze multi-test results, create engineering experiments, do lab debug to find the root cause and permanently fix the problems. We work in a high-stress environment and provide fast and accurate results. If you are passionate about data analysis with an integration perspective to enable the highest quality products that will change the world, we want to hear from you!What you'll be doing:Improving Product performance by solving multiple problems with Process/Mechanical/Hardware and Thermal teamsconduct High complexity data analysis investigationsLeading high-impact Task Forces and working GroupsDesigning and improving factory test plans (to improve coverage, time, cost, and yield)Drive yield improvement, and fix the failure paretoBuild New Automatic platforms for fast Root cause findingsCollaborate with different teams (including Customer Support, Marketing, Engineering, Quality, Reliability)What we need to see:B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering/Material Engineering/Chemistry EngineeringAt least 5+ years of relevant experienceStrong problem solving and prioritization abilityStrong statistics and data analysis background (JMP\ Jupiter)Good software skills, especially in scripting languagesFast Learner with attention to detailsGood communication skills with diverse teams and functional groupsWork under stress capabilitiesMulti-tasking capabilities
