We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to help oversee and execute marketing automation (Hubspot) programs and processes from start to finish including design, setup, build, QA, deployment and reporting of email drip campaigns, landing pages and customer journeys.Broadcom’s Agile Operations solutions include ValueOps value stream management, DX NetOps network management and monitoring and Automation solutions for workload and hybrid cloud automation.  Each have been category leading products for many years. We believe that diversity of thought and backgrounds makes us stronger and makes our marketing campaigns and content better.The Marketing Operations Manager should be a hands-on expert in Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing, Marketing Program Development & Execution, and Marketing Analytics. You will bring a deep understanding of marketing automation best practices, strategies, tools – and have a passion for using data to constantly test, learn and guide marketing decision-making.This role reports directly to our Head of Marketing Operations, AOD. A team player with strong relationship skills, you will work cross-functionally within and outside of our team to build customer centric campaigns that drive marketing qualified leads and influence sales qualified leads to close. The ideal candidate is a detail oriented, self-starter who blends creativity, strategic thinking with a relentless focus on outcomes.What you'll doHelp to oversee campaign operations and processes from start to finish in HubSpot, including design, setup, build, QA, deployment and reporting of email drip campaigns, landing pages and customer journeys.Activate campaigns for internal and external partners that drive awareness, engagement, retention and advocacy throughout their journey for their customer segments.Demonstrate tactical and strategic critical thinking with ability to turn digital marketing analysis and insight into actionable results.Development of campaign reporting, dashboards and scorecards including recommendations for improving engagement results, ROI and the customer experience.Help to manage a robust Martech stack which includes HubSpot, BrightTalk, and Asana among others.Demonstrate flexibility, versatility and an ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities to completion, seeking guidance as necessary.What you'll bring8+ years of relevant experience; direct experience in marketing operations and strategy a plusBachelor's degree required; degree in Marketing, Communications, Analytics or related field a plusMarketing Automation platform experience required. Hubspot MarketingHub Enterprise experience is strongly desired but will consider experience with Marketo Engage or Eloqua.Experience with HubSpot SalesHub Enterprise a plus.Proven track record of successfully launching, managing and tracking marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and booked revenue.Demonstrable experience working in a metrics-oriented marketing environment, comfortable with analytics and KPI's.Expert project management skills specifically with technical and creative projects. Knowledge of agile methodology and framework a plus.Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong presenter and visual storyteller.Self-learner who continually seeks out knowledge of marketing automation best practices and innovation.Highly adaptive to change and new ideas.
