Clarivate is looking for an ambitious and organized Associate External Communications Co-ordinator to join our global external communications team to manage organic and paid social media campaigns   for our Life Science & Healthcare brands.   At Clarivate, we empower our life sciences and healthcare customers to deliver treatments that improve patient lives and create a healthier tomorrow. Our market-leading intelligence solutions and transformative data technology equip our customers with the insight and foresight needed across all their initiatives from early-stage drug discovery right through commercialization and beyond.    We are looking for a Associate External Communications Co-ordinator, Social media (Life Sciences and Healthcare) to join our External Communications Team in Bangalore. This is an amazing opportunity to work on the Life Sciences and Healthcare segment of the business. The team consists of two people and is reporting to the Director of External Communications, Life Sciences & Healthcare, working closely with our Digital Director in our corporate external communications team. We have a great skill set in traditional and social media and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in Life Sciences & Healthcare, such as biotech and biopharma, marketing, communications, organic and paid social media.     About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments   The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:   3+ years of proven experience working in B2B social media or communications - ideally in a life sciences of healthcare field.  Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations or a related life sciences and healthcare field  Experience with ad copywriting, targeting strategies and campaign management  Strong understanding of website analytics and conversion tracking . Professional experience of campaign management for both organic and paid campaigns - across Facebook, Google Analytics, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter    Experience developing A/B testing structures and providing performance-based deliverables  Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and analytics tools      It would be great if you also had . . .   Experience with Hootsuite or other social scheduling platforms and project management tools a plus   What will you be doing in this role?  Be responsible for our organic and paid social media and online community presence for our comprehensive, market-leading intelligence solutions, transformative data technologies and deep industry expertise which empower our customers to deliver treatments that improve patient lives and create a healthier tomorrow.   Build our global reach by proactively engaging with our target communities online – through social media platforms, community campaigns, forums or other places where our community gathers online.  Develop, execute and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns across various platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn from conception to launch  Manage and optimize campaign budgets to maximize reach that meet or exceed KPI performance goals   Build a constant and compelling conversation with our communities. Craft social content plans which bring our stories to life in collaboration with our global comms and brand team.  Monitor social media to identify relevant conversations and industry trends engagement and amplification and proactively share insights with business colleagues in comms, marketing, product, customer care and other colleagues as necessary.   Measure, assess and report on global content and organic and paid social media performance for the Life Sciences and Healthcare customer segment, including data gathering, assessment and recommendations  Provide actionable insights on campaign performance to relevant stakeholders by identifying key messages or value propositions  Oversee budget forecasting and spend recommendations for paid social ads;  Track industry trends, competitor activities and social media platform insights  Serve as an ambassador for communications processes, maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and work with internal teams and partners to provide training, guidance and oversight    About the Team    The External Communications team is part of the wider Global Communications and Brand team. It manages public relations, thought leadership and social media programs that reflect our customers’ communities – in life sciences and healthcare, academia and government and intellectual property.
