In this role, you’ll drive our revenue hyper-growth targets and channel expansion strategy on digital platforms to increase Razer’s brand presence and revenue share coming from online sales. Effective social and digital ad campaign planning, management, execution and tracking is your key focus in this role.Plan, set targets for, execute, and track campaigns on social media and digital platforms (Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Twitch, TikTok, etc.) to enhance reach and conversion of online campaignsEngage and manage social media and digital marketing agencies including budget/KPI setting/ target measurement/contracting/planning/execution and reportingManage localization process for social media and digital campaigns contents with relevant stakeholdersMaintain and expand relationships with regional etail marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Lazada, Shopee, Coupang, PChome, 11Street, Blibli, Rakuten, etc) and Online Partners assisting with daily operations of marketplace management and campaign executionDirectly communicate with country distributors and Online Partners on campaign planning, product selection, and digital co-marketing activities including coordinating with external agencies and partnersOversee and manage major mega sales day campaigns (618, 9.9, 11.11, BFCM, 12.12, etc)Plan, manage, and track quarterly regional campaign marketing budget, identification of ROI and execution within budgetMonitor competitor market share trends to develop counter strategies to gain shareMaintain, expand, and/or set up Razer Flagship Stores in etail marketplacesPre-Requisites :At least 2-3 years of proven working experience in social/digital marketing including content marketing, social and digital campaigns to drive traffic, engagement and conversionProficient in digital ad campaigns execution and optimization – Online advertising on Google Search, Google Display, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram Twitter, Twitch, TikTokStrong knowledge of website analytics tools is required and is up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketingExperienced in tracking and analyzing campaign outcomes including product revenue, traffic metrics, and other factorsExcellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management and project management skillsAble to work in complex and fast-moving environments and continue to drive effective resultsAble to deliver under pressure and tight deadlinesUpbeat, positive, and self-motivatedGood-to-have(s):Social marketing experience will be favorableExperience working with digital marketing agencies will be favorableExperience with ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopee, Lazada, Rakuten, or others will be favorablePassionate about gaming and understanding the gamer mindsetAre you game?
