The GTM team is accountable for driving end to end alignment on data, processes and solutions.About the RoleAs Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional programs with significant scope and impact to all areas of GTM applications.You will work closely with business and business technology partners to deliver value to collaborators, including meeting the scope, budget and timeline of the effort.ResponsibilitiesPerform project management and scrum master duties for multiple workstreamsWork with business/product owners and engineers to understand backlog contentFacilitate agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesLoad individual iterations with respective tasks and user stories, aligned with team dedicationMaintain backlogs ensuring all work items are accurately assigned to team, reflect the correct status, and ensure accurate traceability to business user stories and any non-functional requirementsTrack Velocity, Capacity/Duration, Burn Down Charts, and other metrics at the daily, iteration, release and project levelPerform traditional project management / project coordination duties as needed for traditional projects and using traditional methodologies and artifactsMentor teams on agile methodologies and standard processes, promoting continuous improvementHelp craft compelling executive presentations for program visibility and decision-making.Find opportunities to drive improvement in current processes for enabling process efficiency and champion ideas for changeBuild trusted and strong working relationships with all partners and stakeholdersLead cross-functional collaboration to ensure workstream alignment and accountabilityAbout YouBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree or relevant experience in IT program management10+ years of experience in Project Management, Scaled Agile, Agile Development, Technology Architect, Software Development, or related fieldExperience leading IT programs in one or more of the areas: Sales, CPQ, Order Management, Customer Success and Enterprise dataOther QualificationsStrong technical savvy and an understanding of the SaaS / CRM business modelFunctional knowledge in end to end CRM business processesExcellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage with users at all levels and varying technical ability.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and manage risks and issuesPersuasive, encouraging, motivating and detail orientedAbility to learn, understand, and apply new technologies in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Jira, confluence, Miro and GSuiteAgile certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is preferredAs a federal contractor, Workday is requiring all new hires to verify that they are fully-vaccinated against COVID-19 within 72 hours of beginning employment with Workday, consistent with applicable law. Workday is an equal opportunity employer. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
