The role will involve collaborating with multiple stakeholders including product managers, QA , architects, platform and UI engineers, all of which contribute to delivering the Compensation Module within the Human Capital Management product. The team’s overall goal will be to accelerate the delivery of high performing features in an agile environment while safeguarding the quality our customers expect. The ideal candidate will be someone who has a mixture of development and management experience.
