You will identify key application metrics, data sources, workflows, and overall system design to define and implement an SLO based view of the customer experience. You will partner with software engineers, technical operations, and architecture to build solutions.Your goal will be to increase visibility into not only the health and performance of our customer’s experience, but also to provide data, insights, and workflows to facilitate fast root cause analysis and mitigation of customer impacting issues.In this position, you will have a critical role collaborating and problem solving not only with our team, but with a variety of teams in our development organization to improve the reliability of our services.About YouWe are open to hiring a Sr SRE or a Principal SRE.
