About the Role The Sibros Marketing Organization focuses on setting a professional, polished and friendly image of the organization as well as generating interest in Sibros' products. We produce various branding and outreach activities and materials spanning our website, social media, speaking engagements, exhibiting at industry events, digital campaigns, video and joint customer activities. We are seeking a skilled Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually appealing designs for both print, digital media, slide decks and the website.  A mix of abilities to include creating unique illustrative renderings, attention to and editing of detailed design layouts and text to create pleasing user experience and understanding the bigger picture by having critical thinking skills.  These abilities are to be applied in designing booth graphics, brochures, flyers, social media posts, email newsletters, diagrams, infographics and website layouts. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design and brand principles, user experience, typography, color theory, and digital design tools. Develop creative concepts, designs, and layouts for various digital and print media  Design and produce visual materials such as logos, brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, email newsletters, booth graphics and website layouts Understanding concept of user experience with skills in creating storyboards and wireframes Create graphics and visual assets for social media campaigns and other digital marketing efforts such as video and motion graphics Collaborate with team members to create consistent brand messaging and design across all platforms that adhere to the Sibros brand guidelines  Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to maintain a fresh, modern look and feel Illustrate in Illustrator to create vehicle design architectures, diagrams Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and requirements Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic and digital design Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, and Figma Motion graphic expertise for incorporating into social posts and event display videos Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including flexibility and adaptability  in response to constructive criticism and feedback Flexibility in design and receptive to constructive criticism - open to several editing rounds based on multiple key stakeholders feedback Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Ideation to Execution:  Critical thinking skills with ability to understand the big picture objectives and apply to design outputs   Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print media Video editing skills preferred, but not required Experience in the high technology industry is a plus Equal Employment Opportunity Sibros is committed to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
