You are responsible for translating business strategy and requirements into HR strategy, plans and objectives for the function. As a member of the HR team, the Director, HRBP will work closely with regional HRBP’s to ensure regional and local market requirements are represented in strategies and plans, along with other HR colleagues and teams.This position requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, while being a standout colleague with validated abilities to multi-task. Must be comfortable with ambiguity and be a resourceful, savvy professional that is committed to finding solutions and making an impact.ResponsibilitiesIn partnership with Regional HRBP’s, you will be supporting the EVP, Global Operation’s organization, which is made up of 5,000 employees who are responsible for managing the design, build, and operation of our IBX across 60 markets and 27 countriesStrategic partner/trusted advisor to Global Operations leadership team. Works closely with senior leadership to define and execute talent strategies that enable alignment and growthResponsible for contributing to the strategy and priorities for the HR organization and ensuring alignment with the business strategy. Translates and executes global HR solutions and strategies. Leads large-scale organizational changes and functional market activities Brings an objective perspective in managing business problems. Brings the right people and data together to shape insights regarding people, organizational dynamics and the business and translates this insight into sustainable solutions. Recognizes and effectively balances the client group’s interests with the needs of the companyPartner with business leaders to maximize organizational effectiveness. Leverage expertise in organization design, team development, talent/workforce planning, change management to maintain a culture that optimizes employee experience and the passion and potential of our employeesDevelop in-depth knowledge of the business both strategically and operationally to build consultative partnerships with Executives, Directors and Managers within the Operations teamThrough authenticity, establish credibility to problem solve and coach as a member of leadership team. Serve as trusted advisor to the business on effective talent management, inclusion, and retention strategiesAdvises on the design of HR programs, ensuring programs remain relevant in meeting business strategy. Leads delivery of regional programs (HR and HR-adjacent) and responsible for implementation plan in region (annual review, compensation, and policy related implementations). Brings a regional lens to support on-going HR processes and process improvementLead high impact projects with on-time delivery, measurable outcomes and impact, and robust communication/change management. Act as a change-agent as the business continues to reshape itself with a goal of providing a world-class customer and employee experienceModel effective partnerships with other HR colleagues and enabling functions throughout the company to help leaders run the businessOffer insight based on system thinking, inquiry, and analyticsBrings a holistic perspective, balancing global and regional points of view in discussions. Spot trends, proactively communicate and act in accordance to team operating norms and contribute to a strong HR team across the companyQualificationsMinimum 10 years Human Resources experience with at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner in an evolving global organization. High tech experience preferredBachelor’s Degree requiredPrevious experience as an HRBP supporting a large field-based employee population.
