Reporting to our CFO, you’ll be joining a team who have helped build companies like Chime, Twitter, Instacart, E*Trade, McKinsey, Etsy, eBay and more. We’re a team of A-players who are all in on solving big, important problems. Feeling it? REQUIREMENTS As a Data Analyst , you would join our small, but mighty team of data scientists and analysts who work company-wide to understand our customers, build impactful products, help make data driven decisions, and inform the company strategy Projects include: Analyzing our customer base to help inform marketing / acquisition strategy Measuring the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns Understanding product usage to help teams improve product features and customer retention Partnering with customer operations to help the team be as efficient as possible The skills required for this role: You have 3+ years experience in Data Analytics You know how to write SQL queries and use them to answer business questions and analyze data You have hands-on-experience working with Looker, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics You can build comprehensive dashboards with KPIs and metrics relevant to the team (Product, Marketing, etc.) You are very strong at using data to create a narrative for business stakeholders You can find strong signals in the noise and can work in a fast moving and sometimes a new or developing data environment  You have a basic understanding of product development, growth/marketing, and data science You are curious with a demonstrated ability to learn and succeed at new subject areas quickly You are a strong, clear communicator  Bonus points: You have experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP You know how to use Python You have experience working in a startup environment or for a SaaS company Your background is in management consulting or investment banking You have a strong interest in business and/or financial services/FinTech BENEFITS As a valuable member of NorthOne’s team, you’ll get: Family coverage of top-tier health/dental benefits: Get the right coverage for what matters most.
