Responsibilities will extend from planning, leading projects, supervising external and internal providers, and ensuring compliance of the acquired legal entities until their rationalization. From acquisition date to completed integration, this role requires interaction with a range of internal and external partners, most often handling several projects simultaneously. This individual will be primarily responsible for managing M&A integrations between acquired businesses and Salesforce's Core finance operations and systems, as well as supervising the ongoing accounting operations of acquired businesses until fully integrated. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to interact with a variety of business partners, on an international scope. We are expecting large experience in dealing with Stat accounts, Consolidation work and business combination accounting within large group with international presence.
