This is a key role for a detail oriented person with the capability to communicate productively, encourage sound decision-making, and help guide the teams they work with to efficiently deliver on commitments.Job Requirements:Lead multiple projects simultaneously across multiple teams, departments and partnersCoordinate the efforts of cross-functional teams to complete projects like strategic launches, awareness campaigns and events to ensure all partners are updated and alignedPrioritize and lead project planning sessions, recurring meetings, and client presentationsTrack project breakthroughs and tasks with assigned teams end to endIdentify and remove barriers that block the team’s ability to meet project objectives and help minimize project delivery risksProvide timely status reports; introduce mitigation tacticsFacilitate team discussions and resolve issues that come upCommunicate timelines and approval framework for cross-team understandingMust haves: You have 4+ years of significant work experienceYou have outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills (verbal/presentation/written).You have agency or confirmed in-house experience and tried experience working with teams across multiple departments (cross-functional groups a plus), and leading multiple projects at the same timeYou have a strong understanding of most, if not all, of the following: timeline development and workback plans, project plans, product launches, creative process for the development of traditional and digital media, experience with event management, development of event creativeNice to haves: Marketing experience with SaaS companies in a variety of industries is a plusYou have experience with industry standard processes in relation to information architecture, user experience and user interface designsYou have the ability to use common project management tools effectively (Mavenlink, Slack, Smartsheets, Keynote, Google docs, etc.).AccommodationsIf you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form.Posting StatementAt Salesforce we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world.
