Some of the main topics covered are setting strategic business priorities to drive profitable growth, building and implementing long term GTM strategies, setting best-in class operational processes, systems and tools from lead origination to deal closing, owning cross-functional transformational projects end to end and driving change management processes to transform and scale the business in a standard way across countries, segments and clouds.We are looking for a strong leader to act as the business partner for the SCEMEA CEO on his day-to-day operations, which will include GTM setup, operational cadence execution, cross-functional alignment and strategic projects end to end ownership. The selected candidate will report directly to the EMEA COO and will manage a multi-country sales strategy and sales programs team, with strong dotted lined ownership of other functions like ECS and Sales Development, to cover the aforementioned duties.This senior leader will embrace the challenges of operating in a complex matrix environment, driving alignment and building executive relationships with regional sales leaders, functional leaders (marketing, sales programs, enablement, business technology, etc.), regional peers and HQ functional leaders (real state, business technology, global strategy, etc.)Scope:Become a trusted advisor to the SCEMEA CEO and his senior leadership team.Standardise and scale our “one Salesforce Playbook” in the SCEMEA region including reporting, forecasting, pipeline management, business reviews and GTM planning activities - collaborating and aligning with other EMEA regionsDrive & coordinate business execution working closely with other functional leaders including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Recruitment and Employee SuccessOwn the Go-To-Market annual planning cycle for SCEMEA including business planning, headcount allocation, organizational design, territory strategy and quota allocationOwn project management of complex cross-functional initiatives end to end, including topics like Legal Entities and Real Estate prioritisation, Hyperforce/Data Residency projects, etc.Lead and develop a best-in-class team, fully aligned and connected with other regional business operations teams, creating an environment that attracts top talent and where everyone can contribute, succeed and growSkills/Expertise Required15+ years previous experience in a business operations role within a high growth SaaS company operating at a multi $B scale (multiple countries) or equivalent experience within a management consulting firmThoughtful leadership, track record of advising C-Level, with experience of rolling out GTM models across different EMEA markets and segments along several planning cyclesSolid track record as change ambassador operating in matrix environments, with proven ability to build strong relationships with teams like regional sales, strategy, programs, enablement, marketing, HQDemonstrable project management track record, having led cross-functional strategic initiatives sponsored by senior leadership (e.g. go to market, talent development, M&A integration, etc.)Inspirational people leader, with a track record of growing, nurturing and developing teams at a significant scaleAdditionally, the ideal candidate will possess the following:A reputation for unquestionable ethics and integrity; sets the tone from the top and demonstrates the highest level of integrity, authenticity, and transparencyHigh level of intellectual curiosity and self-awareness with low expressed egoCompany-first mindset, demonstrating a continuous focus on what is business relevant and can respond quicklyAccommodationsIf you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form.Posting StatementAt Salesforce we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world.
