The Director will provide leadership and be a strategic thought partner to members of the ESLT and enterprise-wide ELT who are passionate about using data to drive ES strategies and decisions at all levels.This role will build and maintain consultative relationships with various ES and Salesforce business functions, segments, and key partners to address strategic high value talent opportunities for the company. The leader will need to deeply understand the business to derive ES/business strategies, challenges and opportunities. The Director should thrive in a data rich environment where they will be responsible for collaborating with other members of the ES People Analytics team to identify useful insights that support the business strategies underpinned by business context. To help achieve this, the leader will have a natural curiosity to identify and analyze trends to facilitate short- and long-term business decisions and improve performance results at the enterprise level.Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions): Significantly contribute to Salesforce functional strategy through insight and measurement.
