You will represent the design team through all steps of the product development lifecycle and act as the conduit between teams. Your opinion matters. You will work with cross-functional team members to determine when and how, then convert the plan into reality.This role is in the eBay Design team and will have several responsibilities including; working on new capabilities in the Financial Services space (shopping cart, checkout, policies, etc.), leading the creation of a voice of the customer program that enables testing concepts and prototypes to get early feedback and insights on future experiences and finally, building modern dashboards and reports to track metrics and OKRs.Design PM focuses specifically on work that paves the way for product designers to accomplish the most meaningful work possible, bolstering the customer experience. You will optimize the design processes to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of product design teams while aligning with both business and product strategy.You will set direction, handle OKRs and collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, Business and Engineering partners to ensure our platform consistently meets an ever-higher bar of quality, innovation, and performance.
