As an integral member of the GCM team you will provide treasury and banking expertise to support the expansion of our marketplace infrastructure.Attention to detail and a deep passion to learn will be keys to your success. In addition, there will be opportunities to grow into other roles within the Treasury and Finance team at eBay.Key ResponsibilitiesRun daily cash flow and cash-forecasting models for the Americas and global subsidiariesCollaborate with team members, managers, product, and payments team to build out eBay’s payments platform and drive automation across the organizationBank ReconciliationResponsible for bank account documentation for opening/closing bank accounts, tracking and updating bank signatoriesIC Loan Portfolio ManagementProvide operational support and money movements to Capital Markets, FX and Investments teamsAssist with running the global bank account structure and cash management servicesTackle ongoing treasury related projects with a keen focus on innovation and automationServe as Bank Administrator and key point of contact on multiple platformsEnsure compliance with Treasury policies, SOX controls, KYC Due Diligence, and other rules governing cash transactions and bankingSupports M&A functionsManage all PayPal account requests and assist with bank account management as neededSupport subsidiaries, corporate service departments, and affiliated companies with cash management controls, daily treasury, and banking related issuesCoordinate the Quantum TMS system and assist with the implementation of functionality and automationWork with Management on system initiatives, research and projects, as neededProject management as neededOther duties as assignedMinimum RequirementsMinimum 5 years related treasury, finance or accounting experienceBachelor’s degree (finance, accounting or economics preferred)Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; attention to detailBe flexible, inventive, eager to learn but above all be passionate, thoughtful and accountable in all that you doDemonstrate subject matter expertise of treasury, cash management and accounting principalsWell-organized ability to prioritize, multi-task in a dynamic and constantly evolving environmentAdvanced in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPointExperience working with international teams across time multiple zones is a plusExperience using Quantum and SAP is highly preferredBenefits:Benefits are an essential part of your total compensation for the work you do every day.
