We are customer centric and strive for clear, visible, and consistent risk actions that removes bad actors and prevents seller churn while instilling confidence on the platform to promote buyer and seller growthWe are searching for a highly motivated individual to join our expanding team focused on ensuring accuracy of risk mitigation strategies and monitoring seller onboarding health to ensure the right sellers have a smooth experience while controlling for bad actors. The role requires a keen curiosity and a strong analytical ability to derive optimal strategies. In this role you will be a valued strategic partner on the global seller onboarding strategy team that is increasing trust across the ebay marketplace. In this role, you will drive product changes that will enable newly registered selles to use emerging financial instrument types while maintaining the portfolio risk profile.You are:Analytically minded with an appetite for curiosityFamiliar with writing business requirement documents and managing through product developmentAn excellent communicator, with strong presentation skillsOpen, transparent, and direct in your communications with outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectivelyA proven ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlinesKey Experience CompetenciesExperience working with product and engineering teams to ensure strategies are implemented properly and on timeStrong working knowledge with data extraction and analytical tools (SQL, Python)Experience using data to derive insights, to validate strategies or hypotheses and to communicate progress and performance.Experience building dashboards and reporting that leads to user self-discoveryAbility to process complicated and diverse sets of information in order to provide summary-level insights and recommendationsConfidence and willingness to take ownership of projectsCreativity and proven success while in a fast-paced environmentRequirementsBS in a quantitative field with 3-5 years of related experience orMS in a quantitative field with 1-3 years of related experience orThis website uses cookies to enhance your experience.
