Your impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional end users to gather business requirements that impact Gainsight and Salesforce.com, and configure the system to meet those needs (partnering with other operations teams as needed)
Collaborate with internal teams to identify key metrics, data sources, and the frequency and granularity of data feeds
Suggest business rules that analyze customer data and trigger actions for the Customer Success team to engage with customers
Manage day-to-day support of Gainsight users, including fielding questions, ad-hoc customizations, design and implementation of core functionality, workflow adjustments, and user administration, security, and permissions
Proactively offer recommendations for improvement of existing tools and processes to increase efficiencies, including adopting new features in each Gainsight major release
Be well versed with Journey Orchestrator and outbound communications
Leverage data governance best practices to investigate the source of system bugs or failures, and ensure that ‘downstream’ objects and processes are altered as needed in accordance with bug fixes to major data structures
Your experience.
B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent business experience required
3-5 years of experience with the system design, data modeling, and configuration of Gainsight
Gainsight certification required
Strong knowledge of creating reports and dashboards.
Experience working in customer success, or equivalent understanding of key customer success principles; experience in operations for customer success, sales, support, services, or marketing preferred
Proven ability to work cross-functionally to understand business requirements and translate them to effective use of applications
High energy self-starter; must be flexible and able to take the initiative with limited oversight
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts
Exceptional analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to intuitively diagnose issues using data
Excellent critical thinking skills; must be able to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts
Strong attention to detail, especially as it relates to change management and releases of system improvements/updates

Base Compensation Range for Job Level: $80,000 - $100,000 Annually
The cash compensation above includes base salary only. Certain roles are eligible for additional cash incentives such as commission, annual bonus targets, overtime pay or other variable incentives.

This strategy is based on several factors unique to each individual, including: 1) the skills, experience and qualifications of the individual; 2) the responsibilities and demands of the role; 3) analysis of external market data; and 4) company budget and financial performance.
HealthJoy is a remote-first employer. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
