Today, Box powers 100,000+ businesses, including many top Fortune 500 companies who trust our secure collaboration platform to manage the entire content lifecycle WHY BOX NEEDS YOU You will manage a team of Renewals representatives who develop and drive the renewal process by reaching out to our annual subscription customers in advance of their contract end date and executing all phases of subscription renewal lifecycle. The team is responsible for up front communication, preparation of pricing options, identification of new use cases and expansion opportunities, revisions to terms and conditions, obtaining contract signatures and filing appropriate paperwork. WHAT YOU'LL DO Hire, train, and manage a team of Renewal Account Executives managing deals across different geographies in the European market Actively use salesforce.com to manage the sales process, set standards for performance metrics, and forecast to Senior Sales Management Foster, develop, and support a high performing team culture; mentor team who is working with a large range of customers Manage a portfolio of strategic monthly renewals ensuring customer retention and high dollar over dollar renewal rates; retain and increase subscription revenue, usage, subscriptions, and market share in existing customer accounts Foster cross-functional relationships with sales, finance, and legal to verify accuracy of contracts and review terms and conditions WHO YOU ARE Prior success leading a Renewals or Sales team 4+ years of experience in renewals, sales, account management, or an equivalent customer facing role managing deals across differing geographies Experience partnering with other Sales Managers/CS Leaders to achieve common goals Ability to forecast accurately using salesforce.com Must be motivated, goal oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment Ability to organize, prioritize, complete activities, and meet deadlines on a daily basis Strong oral and written communication skills BENEFITS Box Benefits package includes pension, medical and dental coverage.
