Success in the Role: What are the performance goals over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?Able to lead discussions and implementation of cloud-native long-term strategy for key Dell accounts, including enablement, and talent pipeline development.Deploy and measure effectiveness of cloud native awareness to a global audience, leveraging LMS, webcasts, and other technology.Able to deploy various media formats and public fora, to create a thriving ecosystem of talent dedicated to the advancement of cloud-native skillsets, methodologies, and technologies.What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?As a new member of the Cloud Native Strategy team, you will:Formulate and execute strategy to uplift cloud native ecosystem, work with partners and clients to develop a cloud-native roadmapConduct workshops and webinars to spread cloud-native awareness and promote the use and understanding of cloud-native technologies and techniquesForm complex communications / messages in a simple, clear, and concise manner to the various communities within our organization. This can include different cultures, nationalities, international locations, and languages.Organizing tech talks and participating in meetups/events.What is the leadership like for this role? What is the structure and culture of the team like?This position report to the head of the Cloud Native Architecture Strategy team, a group focuses on uplifting the Cloud Native Ecosystem in Singapore and enabling our enterprise customers in Singapore and the regional economies. We are an established team that has a wide range of core platform expertise, and the expectation is that you will help blaze a new trail for the team.The team culture is one based on building trust and on-going development through coaching.Where is this role located?
