What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?  （どんな業務内容ですか？どのような課題、要件、またはスキルを日々の業務で必要としますか？） ・業界、当該担当会社の情報を各方面から収集し、お客様の現状を把握する・お客様先へ訪問し仮設等含めながら会話を重ね、自らの情報を確認、追加する・それら情報を基に、VMwareのソリューション提案をし、価値訴求する・必要であれば、VMware製品スペシャリストとの同行や、VMware幹部との同行をする・関連する方が多数いるのであれば、現場からＥｘｅｃｕｔｉｖｅまで同様に価値訴求する・価格の交渉、パートナー連携など社内外の事務的な作業をする・総じて、お客様のビジネス課題、技術課題を正しく理解する力が必要・社内リソースを適切なタイミングでアレンジする力が必要・社内外の協力者とのエンゲージ力が必要◆What is the leadership like for this role?
