Joining VMware gives you long-term opportunities to expand your skills with annual education and/or training reimbursements, job rotation programs, subscriptions to online training platforms and employee networking groups.Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?Develop and deliver Personalized experience using Adobe Targt tool Work alongside internal business partners, stakeholders in ideation, planning and execution of personalization campaignsActively participate in the internal testing council and BU discussions, maintaining the testing and targeting roadmaps and priorities and regularly reporting progress to key stakeholders Interact frequently via phone, email, and/or in person with marketers, Analytics, digital producers, and IT teamsDesign, drive and manage individual tests end-to-end, from initial test design through to insight generation and presentation of results Ensure testing and targeting processes are scalable, repeatable, effective and meet stakeholder expectationsConsult and advise key stakeholders & drive digital team to success based on key performance indicators and business driversThe Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?Develop personalized experience using Adobe Target tool along with front-end skills like HTML, CSS, Javascript, and jQueryWork with internal stakeholders on scoping, planning and helping them in the execution with deliverables on time.Innovation, Ideation, and converting ideas into reality using personalization tools like Adobe TargetHaving knowledge on Adobe Analytics or Adobe Audience Manager will be added advantageWhat is the leadership like for this role?
