You will become adept at all processes within the Sales Operations Support role.  The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis? Qualifications and Requirements include:·       BA/BS preferred·       1 – 3 years’ experience in general sales operations·       Proficient knowledge of Salesforce.com·       Strong Microsoft Excel skills·       Excellent organization and prioritization skills·       Demonstrated attention-to-detail·       Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes, while exercising excellent judgement·       Strong sense of responsibility and initiative·       Excel in fast-paced environment·       Solid oral and written communication skills·       Basic understanding of revenue recognition rules·       Results driven team player with a positive attitude·       Ability to prioritize to meet business needs·       Flexibility working varied hours to support sales cycles and support volume demands Essential responsibilities include:·       Provide quote support to sales for new business and add-on transactions, product upgrades and migrations.·       Understand and provide guidance to reps on deal structure, quoting requirements and order processing requirements.·       Assist with the creation of and training of new Deal Desk staff and Sales Reps.·       Provide Deal Processing support. Understand the internal processing requirements in order to accurately get deals processed and booked.·       Be able to support special deal requests and other ad hoc requests for quoting or deal structure. ·       Troubleshoot sales process issues.·       Support with ad hoc projects as needed.·       Ensure end of quarter processing is complete and provide support and assistance as needed.·       Develop relationships with sales and other stakeholders in order to streamline deal review and booking process.·       Ability to support complex, non-standard deals with business insight·       Ability to assist with RFP responses.​What is the leadership like for this role?
