We are looking for a dynamic, creative & agile-techno commercial learning solution architect, with passion for technology, curating learning solutions & architecture.So, read further, if the above expectations interest you and your career plan is to be associated with innovative & creative solutioning of learning & skilling on emerging & cutting edge technologies.Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completingEngage in sales activity that results in enhanced customer technical capability, satisfaction, and yields maximum product value whilst also driving Learning business growth & profitabilitySupport the Learning Sales team in customer business planning activities by owning the Learning technical relationship, creating Learning solutions, and managing/delivering that solution for the customer as required.Act as the subject matter expert within the Learning team, communicating key technical and industry knowledge within the team to promote product understanding & positioning.Apply industry, technical, product, and Learning portfolio knowledge to build effective Learning solutions that address customer & partner skills gaps.Engagement with customers to understand their technology and business objectives and accordingly curate outcome-oriented learning solutions.The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?Develop expertise on VMware technology and offerings,Understand & familiarise with VMware Learning business objectives, mandates, and purposeLead customer engagements to understand their technology landscape, business objectives, pain points, etc., and accordingly devise suitable learning solutionss.Responsible for engaging with internal stakeholders to structure learning solution aligned with overall propositions to customers.Stay current with VMware technology, offerings, and servicesCarry good relationship, articulation skills.What is the leadership like for this role? What is the structure and culture of the team like?You will be reporting to regional head and director of VMware learning business, who is responsible for learning business P&L and operations.
