Join us on our journey to innovate!The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis? Design Cloud Platform for adopting Tanzu technologies and modern platform engineering practicesDefine and Implement the Design best practices for the Tanzu containerization platform designed and Deployed in customer's cloudShould have VMware infrastructure technologies knowledge to design better platform for the customerShould be SME for Platform Technology, Products and Services used in building customer's Cloud and modern apps platform Work with the Domain Experts & Application Architect to Design Cloud Native PlatformsUnderstand the Application Service Level Objectives & Availability Criteria ( RPO ,RTO), and apply the requirements using Cloud Native Patterns.Design the Observability & Automation Infrastructure to enable Site reliability Engineers and L2 resources to manage Application SLO.Work with Application Architects to develop Use Cases and Improve efficiency in SDLC Process. (DevSecOps Automation Tools, CI Pipelines, GitOps Tools etc.)Understanding the Compliance & Security Requirements of the BFSI Domain and ApplicationShould be able to guide the Site Reliability Engineers and L2, L3 resources on platform upgrades and updates, application onboarding and observability.Additional knowledge of vSphere, vSAN/Storage and NSX is desired What is leadership like for this role?
