Joining VMware gives you long-term opportunities to expand your skills with annual education and/or training reimbursements, job rotation programs, subscriptions to online training platforms, and employee networking groups.Success in the role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?Within your first six months:You will be expected to become competent with VMware's Digital Workspace portfolio, use cases, and value proposition.You will support your aligned Account Executive in a pre-sales capacity and manage post-sale efforts with Account Executive assigned to specific Danish Accounts.Build relationships with key stakeholders within the VMware business.You must orchestrate internal VMware and customer resources to ensure each engagement has a meaningful outcome.Develop and deliver onsite and remote product and solution presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts.Assist in identifying additional business development opportunities within the customer's organization.Within your first twelve months:Analyse and understand customer workspace strategy.Lead and coordinate responses to RFI/Q/P from a technical perspective for the customer.You will develop scenario-based solution demonstrations based on real-world examples.Lead with your account executive counterpart Digital Workspace focussed opportunities, providing the technical justification and assisting with the business justification for the customer to invest in VMware technology.Begin contributing to the wider VMware community through internal projects and initiatives of interest.The work: What type of work will you be doing? Who has more than 20 years of experience in IT.The team comprises highly competent solution engineers from the Nordics and Benelux regions.
