What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis? 契約管理：コンサルティングサービスの提供に伴う契約プロセス等の実施 コンサルタントと連携し、支援内容を定義したドキュメント等の作成（作業範囲記述書(SOW)の作成） サブコントラクターへの受発注管理（作業指示書(Work Order)/注文書(Purchase Order)、検収書管理、入出金管理) サービスデリバリ品質管理：プロジェクトの課題状況の実施 コンサルタントと連携したプロジェクト計画進行状況管理（スケジュール管理） 定期的な問題発生状況の確認および必要に応じたエスカレーション サービス提供後の顧客満足度調査の実施と結果分析 売上管理：サービスの実施計画等を基に、実績ならびに予測分析を実施 売上およびコストの実績管理と予測管理 その他： グローバルオペレーションチームへの各種レポーティング/エスカレーション 生産性・迅速性向上に向けたビジネスプロセス改善業務 必要な経験・スキル IT業界における、グローバルチーム連携のあるビジネスオペレーション業務実績 5年以上 歓迎する経験・スキル サービスビジネスにおけるビジネスオペレーション経験 PMO経験 Excel 集計・分析スキル（関数・VBA・分析手法） ファイナンス知識 英語力（Discussionレベル） What is the leadership like for this role?
