What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?This role will require extensive business partnership including providing various levels of Analysis and Insights.Experience in building and development of Sales analytics and insights, statistical modelling, metrics/dashboard development (Bookings, Productivity, Segmentation, Pipeline)Excellent and proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects with competing prioritiesAbility to navigate through a high-paced, fast-changing, and sometimes unpredictable work environmentStrong communication, executive presence, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to engage and influence individuals at all levelsComfortable working in a matrixed organizationWork closely with stake holders /Sales Leadership helping them with various Analytics and InsightsSkills & Experience Required for the Role:-Expertise in Tableau, SAP, and Sales ForceUnderstanding of Asia Pacific Region, Prior experience in Sales Operations and Sales Reporting &AnalyticsPrior Experience working in SaaS Company and familiar with SaaS Business matricesHighly motivated, self-starter, strategic/analytical thinker with a “can-do” attitude, flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs and a keen eye for detailsRespect is a key requirement for a healthy work environment.What is the leadership like for this role?
