Managing multiple medium-to-large projects simultaneously, set priorities with measurable objectives, and monitor and report on the process, progress, and results.Responsible for maintaining lab-setups that are used to demonstrate proof-of-concept and technology-training to field, partners & customersPublish blogs and other technical literatures to advance marketing of VMware Telco products and solutions.Lead enablement activitiesCollaborating cross-functionally with peer teams and leadership. Specifically you will collaborate with PLM (Product Line Management), PMM (Product Marketing Manager), TMEs (Technical Marketing Engineers) and Sales organizations to coordinate efforts, jointly identify solutions messaging, and generally co-create customer solutions guidance. The candidate must have a proven track record of working across multiple organizations and communicating clearly. Education and ExperienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent5 to 10 Years of Enterprise Networking Industry ExperienceExperience in a Technical Marketing Organization preferredFamiliarity with Microsoft Windows Server and/or Linux operating systemsThe ability to easily communicate complicated concepts to non-technical peopleA proven track record of developing and delivering technical training material aimed at customers, partners or sales teamsExperience with VMware technology and product experience beyond vSphereThe ideal applicant will have a firm grasp of cloud technologies, operational considerations and practices, and of the complexities of virtual lab environments across multiple product and solution areas.. CI tools (Jenkins or Bamboo or Git-lab), Terraform, GC Deployment.Good understanding and hands-on experience of Dockers, Kubernetes, Containers & Microservices.Working-level knowledge of VMware’s SDDC product stack is strongly preferred.Experience with public cloud providers like AWS, GCP, Azure, Oracle Cloud is a plusKnowledge And SkillsUsing, evaluating, and developing appropriate engineering design tools and software packages.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Self-starter, detail oriented with good organizational and documentation skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
