During your first 360 days you will participate in all phases of software development lifecycle in the team: Within 30 days of employment become competent with the product business goal and complete your first on-the-job onboarding taskWithin 60 days of employment you will complete on-the-job learning and you will be autonomous in executing on the tasks and initiativesWithin 90 days of employment you will be able to perform your first release of a small taskWithin 180 days you will be able to autonomously drive a small initiative/featureWithin 360 days you will be able to complete a feature end to end from requirements gathering through design and implementation to production and maintenanceThe Work: What type of work will you be doing?
