Join us on our journey to innovate!Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?As a Sr. Consultant you hold responsibility for deploying and vetting customer requirements to implement virtual infrastructure, configuration recommendations and planning, and identification of deployment validation processes and procedures.You will acquire intimate knowledge of the customers’ business and its strategic goals and use your in-depth knowledge of VMware Virtual Infrastructure Deployment, Management & Administration to work with sales, pre-sales, and customers on building successful delivery roadmaps.Within 45 days of employment, you will be able to ensure the solution being delivered is fit for purpose through referencing the initial business goals and objectives, demonstrating commercial and scope awareness, and understanding the wider technical landscape and how it relates to/integrates with customer environments.Within 90 days of employment, you will be expected to take full ownership of business outcomes, lead technical project teams and take accountability for all project deliverables further developing your documentation, technical writing and interpersonal skills.What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?Take ownership of business outcome of Cloud delivery projects through:Technical contribution and guidance in project planningCollecting and designing required solutions for our customersSolution validation/Technical feasibility analysisImpact analysis of change requests/scope changeTechnical GovernanceHigh Level Conceptual designQuickly identifying Organization/Structure/Culture changes required to support a successful project or post-delivery outcome and ability to tactfully articulate the changes required for the benefit of the customer.Quickly recognize and understand customer business processes which integrate with project inputs and outputs and is ability to make recommendations for areas of improvement.Craft strategic plans with our Services Business Managers, pre-sales and customers to build out the delivery roadmap.
