As the Senior Account-Based Marketing Owner, you will help lead our ABM strategy across APJ. You will be an expert in how to consistently deliver strong outcomes from ABM programs. Your job will be to work with a multi-disciplinary team to create and orchestrate global and regional ABM programs across APJ.Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6 months you will work toward completing? As the Senior Manager, ABM & Executive Marketing, you will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of 1:1 ABM and Executive Marketing programs aimed at driving and accelerating pipeline. You will also be partnering with our global demand, field marketing, and sales teams. You will be responsible for execution of Enterprise ABM programs.This role will require a proven ability to work with marketing agencies, vendors, partners, and internal constituents through all marketing channels. You must have the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.As a part of the APJ Customer & Experience Marketing team you will:What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis? As a part of the APJ Customer & Experience Marketing team you will:Partner with Regional Enterprise Marketing leads to successfully deliver Executive Marketing Programs across APJPartner with ABM leads to successfully deliver the ABM 1:1 and Cluster Program across APJ including the global enablement series and development of a local (APJ) working group planDrive account selection process and alignment with marketing directors guiding them to identify key accounts for 1:1 ABM based on internal data, intent data and sales input and Vertical 1:Few based on internal data, intent data and sales inputUnderstand account business objectives to identify the most effective marketing messages, value proposition, materials, channels, and calls to action by personas.Partner with APJ agency, global demand teams, regional field marketing. In this role you will enable the field to build, execute, and optimize ABM plans, strategy, and customer journey to achieve sales goals for the targeted accounts.Consolidate, summarize, and format data from different sources (Demandbase, Folloze, Salesforce, Marketo) such as bookings, pipeline, propensity, engagement, and intent, to provide actionable insights to the sales account team.Guide the development, and project management of multi-channel ABM & Executive Marketing campaigns. including activities such as account-based advertising, social campaigns, email, virtual or in-person events, outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow up, nurture and channel activities aligning internal teams.Apply an experimentation mindset to drive, test, and optimize 1:1 ABM / 1:2 Few. Executive Marketing programs, iterating based on feedback, data, and analysis results.Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights, and pacing toward goal to stakeholders.What is the leadership like for the role?
