Search JobsJob DescriptionWhy: Elevator Pitch -Why will they enjoy this opportunityThe role of Lead Specialist - AMER Program Support is twofold, first to work close and collaborate with the AMER Sales Development and Marketing team with geo specific demand & lead management needs.  Second is to assist in supporting global outbound tele-play programs.  You will need to be familiar with all the technical complixities of how the lead management process works as well as understand the end-to-end stages within the marketing funnel.  The role requires a balance between operational excellence, focus on details and rigor in managing priorities and stakeholders.  From the outbound, you will ensure programs align to the GPS plans as well as govern the account & contact outreach for each program.Who: Leadership – Kathie Bunce. You will have 2 peers, each supporting the other geos with similar roles and responsibilities.Where:​ Considering Costa Rica Remote: This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the location you feel most productive and comfortable. You will be expected to live within 0-4 time zones of the primary location. Essential Functions (Task and Responsibilities):Accountable for supporting Global Lead Management processes within the geoSupport SDR and Field Marketing teams with operational requests as related to Lead Management programsBe the regional voice of the Global Lead and Demand Management teamProvide SFDC support and reporting as necessaryMonitor SDR operational activity across all stages of the funnel and address with team as neededReport and align with other members of team when issues or inconsistencies are known or become apparentClosely work with the regional and global SDR program leaders as well as Marketing and Sales stakeholdersDrive outbound data governance globally in support of GPS Velocity playsAlign with the Global outbound GPS tiger team to ensure outbound plays are launched each quarterMonitor and measure success of Outbound programsProvide low-level technical and operational support and training as neededConsiderations for the role:High knowledge in ExcelSFDC experience is a plusLeanData experience is a plusKnowledge and understanding on marketingVMware is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of Any Kind: VMware is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
