As a result, the Office of the CTO has converged on a single SaaS Platform strategy to enable effective route to market. This platform is designed to be Cross-Cloud from the ground up. You will be an integral part of this SaaS Platform team giving you an instrumental role on this journey.About the Team:The Cross Cloud SaaS Platform team has extensive focus on an industry standard Fraud Platform that is designed to effectively employ data driven heuristics. If sophisticated Intrusion and Anomaly detection systems excite you, and you are familiar with using Machine Learning backed models to solve classification and prediction problems, you would find several synergies in this team!Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?As a Senior team member, you will have the unique opportunity to shape this platform by owning critical components. You will work on cutting-edge technologies with the latest Cloud Native stack to build highly distributed and highly scalable backend systems. Our current technology stack includes AWS, Kubernetes/Docker, Micro-services that run Spring-Boot (Java) or Go-lang applications that are designed with strong adherence to well architected frameworks and 99.99% availability.Your deliverables will involve a Design approach from the ground-up and Scalable implementations with strong KPIs on resiliency and reliability.The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?As a Senior Engineer you would be entrusted with:Contributing significantly to designing systems from the ground-up Owning modules and delivering high quality features Mentoring junior team members and helping to steer the team towards a common goal Team collaboration is a fast-paced R&D organizationArchitecture/Design Review with Technical Leads and PMsSecurity Review with Security ArchitectsParticipate and contribute to Code review and review standardsUnderstand and help implement compliance standards like FED-Ramp and FED-Ramp High.Imbibe and Lead a Test-Driven Development methodologyInherently have the following traits:Excited about Scale and challenges there-of.Someone who loves to collaborate and has phenomenal communication skills. The actual offer will be based on the role, location, and individual candidate experience. Bonus, commission, and/or equity may be eligible for this position.
